EsVee Group To Develop Townships Across India

The Ahmedabad-based EsVee Group, promoted by Mr Vijay Kumar Gupta, Chairman and Managing Director of Gujarat Ambuja Exports Ltd (GAEL), plans to develop exclusive townships across India. The first of these chain-townships, at Mysore, is scheduled to be completed by 2010, on a 60-acre plot situated 1.5 km from the airport. The township, christened `Highlands’, would offer250 residential flats of three to five bedrooms and 150 villas – all fully furnished and air-conditioned.

    A lot of national and international business houses and realtors have already realised the fact and are expanding base in one of the fastest growing cities — Ahmedabad that has already impacted the real estate prices in this city of brick and mortar. The land prices have more than doubled in last one year, leading to an increase in residential and commercial property prices as well.

    That is the reason Ahmedabad-based Companies growing very fast
