HDFC Ltd; venturing to offer an opportunity to the NRIs to own a home in India, has presented ‘India Homes Fair’, a two-day property fair, in Muscat.
HDFC Ltd, India’s Premier housing finance company, presented ‘India Homes Fair,’ a two- day property fair in Muscat. The property fair; which took place on January 31 and February1, is considered as one of the biggest ever conducted in Oman.
Nearly 32 builders, from across the country, participated in the two day property fair -‘India Homes Fair’ conducted by HDFC Ltd in Muscat. They presented their prime properties located in top 25 cities of India in the property event which was held at Hotel Muscat Holiday last week.
If property fairs remain as platforms for the NRIs to know more about the Indian properties and have investment in them; the builders always look at such property exhibitions as a means to sack the NRI- investors and end-users. In short it has really become a meeting point of the Indian Builders and the NRIs.
HDFC Ltd has presence in the Middle East for a longer period of time and the housing financing firm has been helping the NRIs who reside in the Middle East to own home, back in India.
India Homes Fair was inaugurated by Mr. JS Mukul, Indian Ambassador to Oman in the presence of HDFC Middle East Regional Head Mr. Ajay Sachdewa. The gates of the property show were opened to the visitors; thousands of people visited the show, from 10 am in the morning to 8 pm in the evening.
HDFC Ltd.’s property fair is believed to be one of the ever biggest conducted in Oman. The event; managed by OITE Trade Fairs, Sultanate’s leading exhibitions and conference organizing enterprise, showcased hundreds of prime properties from across all top cities of India.
OITE – B2B Events & Marketing’s Director Mr. Sadiq Khan said that the property event was really a good platform for the NRIs who reside in Oman to know and have wise investment in their homeland India. The property event had properties showcased by DLF, Lodha Group, Nirmal Lifestyle, Puravankara, Unitech, and other top and well-reputed builders of India.
