Barjeel Geojit‘s brokerage firm aims QFI investors

With the aim to help the NRIs residing in Gulf Countries to invest wisely in properties in their own home land, Barjeel Geojit plans to set up a real estate brokerage firm.

The real estate brokerage firm of Barjeel Geojit will be really a help to the NRIs. They will be guided and led in their move to buy and sell any properties.

By setting up a firm in the real estate brokerage sector, the group hopes to limit the hurdles which the NRIs face while selling or buying any property in India and UAE.

Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services Limited’s real estate brokerage firm is a JV with Sheikh Sultan bin Saud Al Qassemi.

Barjeel Geojit Securities, under the chairmanship of Sheikh Sultan bin Saud Al Qassemi, has been offering a vast number of value added services to its customers.

Commenting on the new venture, BGS chairman said in a press conference that the group aims to help the people in their needs of buying and selling. However the main focus will be QFIs or the qualified foreign investors.

With the launch of the new entity, the investors will be able to gain more value added services from the group.

Having set up offices in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah, the group’s presence is strong in the entire UAE. BGS chairman points to the customers’ trust as their strong hold. He adds that this alone could enable the group to establish as a strong firm.

Besides real estate, Sheikh’s presence is extended to other sectors like construction and investments.

C.J. George, MD of Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services Limited said that the group has been supporting Barjeel Geojit and it will continue to do so in times to come. He said that this support will be continued for the new entity as well.
